I watched the film in the cinema, first time in English, I was very impressed, very pleasant atmosphere, the director returned to us in the 70-80s, the film contains many elements: it is about AIDS, prostitution, pimping, homeless people, homosexuality, Italian mafia, Russian caviar and vodka, the actor Games is in the best condition, Sebastian Stan he played the roles of young Trump well, the speech, gestures and facial expressions are in the best form, as if you were watching Trump himself on the news, but I liked the role of Jeremy Strong even more, in the video of Roy Cohn (an Oscar nomination is guaranteed) and I was delighted by Mária Bakalová in Ivan Trump’s video with a funny Russian accent.
I really liked how the director showed Trump’s attitude towards his loved ones, friends, colleagues and relatives
There is a lot of music from the 80s, I love music myself and I really liked the movies of that era, it is inserted where it is needed, it allows you to take a break from what you have seen and listen to the music. The main character: young Trump, he appears differently, young, insecure, unable to stand as closed and in public, while he is full of plans, he wants to give New York a new look, the location of cool office skyscrapers and fashionable hotels. However, how he changes after meeting Roy Cohn in a New York restaurant in 1973, where the whole group gathered, that already with the arrival of the 80s and the new President Reagan, we have a different person in front of us.
